Opinions on the concept aside.. your Blood Knight is a quality skin (no less than one should expect from modelers of your caliber), aside from two small afflictions (both corrected in a following post-skin update).

First, the chin area and goatee, which could be fleshed out (and has been on model update picture).
Second, being the waist area of the horse's rider—appearing blurred to the extent of great practicability. This though, appears to have been corrected (if not so, then a bad angle from which the screen shot was captured)?

I quite like this skin. I find it to be one of your better works as the colors blend nicely rather than contrastly significantly. There could definitely be some work done on some parts, such as the face, but those are all just minor details which take a lot of effort.

I bet he was referring to the lack of ears. I still think AR could've textured them on the hair somehow.

Yes, it was about his ears. However I think that it would be better to add ears to the model and texture them. It would be good blood elf then, but now it looks like some kind of broken human with blood elf signs (and it's still a good idea) ;)

Can you possibly imagine how abominable that would have been? Seriously, try it, then laugh at yourself for ever thinking that a viable option. :p

Anyways, it's not worth the model edit and 350+kb added to a map to add some ears that wouldn't even be visible given the portrait angle (Sure you could shove them in, but they'd be hard pressed to be visible). May as well just make a full scratch blood elf knight model and do the world a favor.

I dont understand, I imported this file, changed the path to what u said, and it didnt work! The Hero Death Knight still looks the same! Plz help!

Am I alone to find the hair lightning a little strange? As if just a little light changed his hair color totally! Other than that, perfect.
