It looks quite good, Nasrudin.

I imported it to gmax yesterday. The polycount is 768. Some might say that's a bit high - and, at first I didn't see where you had fit in all those polygons - however I saw how you have added polygons where the half-timbering (don't know if this is the correct term) needs to be. I think you made a good choice when doing so, as you then avoid using a custom skin (which filesize might surpass the filesize of the model).
