Heh posted and forgot i did it, havent been reading the thread. Anyways.

I know you have the authors permission and i still think its lame, but since my opinion doesnt matter (the authors opinion is what matters) we can just drop that discussion :P

In an attempt to clear up the submit section im just gonna post a approve / dissapproved on all maps ive played right now.

I've played this map a long time ago, and assuming you havent made it worse (which i doubt, im sure youve improved this game alot) im approving it. Its alot better than most TDs out there.

While the map looks well made, I still don't see anything that separates it from any other TD.

Suggestions:
-Add another builder unit that can build towers in the paths. These towers would be small and weak, but would be useful in combination with the towers that are built on the higher parts. I haven't seen a TD yet that has done this.
-Give the builder units an inventory and allow them to buy some items. There could be a shop that sells items like mines (maybe even elemental mines).

Most TDs are boring because of the lack of interaction. You just build a few towers and hope they kill all the enemies. If you use these suggestions, I think they would allow players to do more.

I actually found this TD different.

In most TDs I just play and quit, bored.

This one requires more concentration. No one else thinks that way ? When I play a game of Element TD I forget to eat, until it's done. I don't even answer the phone. I answer things like : "yeah-yeah" to people around and don't interact with people.

Ya know, you have much things to think. WHich elements you take (assuming you're not on random), which towers would better fit, when's the next element in your favor (creeps) and NOT in your favor (creeps again). You know they have different types of armor right ? You must also prevent leaking and finally, build towers.

With Hero mode on, you even forget to breath while playing this TD.

DISCLAIMER : Karawasa and mrchak assume no responsability regarding people who die from insufficient fresh air while playing hero-mode in Element TD.

Seriously : I think this TD distinguishes itself with many new stuff (including teh elementz!) and functions. There is also a huge amount of tower which aren't mostly "simple upgrades". Example : tower lvl 1. tower lvl 2. tower lvl 3. tower lvl 4. tower lvl 5. tower lvl 6. tower lvl 7... and so on...

It is also well-balanced.

That was pretty much... my opinion about this TD. Good luck all ^_^

For the terrain... I remember two different ones: one used the cityscape tileset, and one used the lordaeron summer tileset.
Make sure you are using a tileset that has wall cliffs, like cityscape or dalaran.

Personally I am a big fan of this td. I also saw a 3.0 that had no changes whatsoever.

The current 3.0 is false and has been released by someone who didn't even give any credits to the original creators and editors. Only to his friends who tested.

Bad. Really bad :(

His name is Larry whatsoever....

@above poster : Many more towers, more balance, a Multiboard with useful information. I think I forgot many things but I just don't remember :P

The balance tweaks aren't only tweaks though !

You can check ingame it gives a general overview(quests). Way too many specific changes to list at this point. Dax covered a lot, forgot things like memory leak fixes, new game modes etc.

Indeed map thieving is a moral/respect issue, where as script kiddies are just people who either don't have the patience or knowledge to create a fully fleshed map. I'm the former (no patience).

Hello guys, and I've always been loving this Element TD. In a new beta of 3.0 (maybe not the newest) on the multiboard it said that there was the 61st wave(in the "next wave" section) why not get rid of it?

Alright, let me give this a shot:

-New Game modes added (-sr, -extreme, -chaos)
-Virtually all memory leaks fixed (no more 15 sec exit time)
-Rebalancing of EVERY single tower in the game (gold cost, damage, slow % etc.)
-Rebalancing of creeps (more progressive HP, i.e. game gets harder as it goes; and also tougher healing level creeps)
-A multiboard (that kicks ass)
-Additional towers (Elemental Cannons and Arrow towers, new sun/moon/tidal towers, switching of star/mammoth and renaming/remodeling)
-Additional host commands (-veryhard... etc, -nohero/-heromode, -kick name etc.)
-Map widgetized (Faster Load)
-New Loadscreen (Current one is temporary. A really amazing one is in the works)
