i got a wierd problem
should i make all the units you made or
just copie them?
Because i copied them and i got some error
and it showed me all the lines that had some problem or something
and it turned out to be all of them :/

The normal WC3 syntax would likely show errors everywhere when the error is in fact in only one place.
If you copy it directly from the testmap and make sure all the appropriate units exist in your own map, then the hero will work.

Make sure to set the constants in all of the heroes' skills to the values as seen in your map.

If I recall, I made the name and he designed the spell.
But it was awhile ago, so I'd have to check.

I did use the word Phylactery as the name for Scamp's hero item in AotZ back in the day, so I probably got it from there.

Are the Spell still working with current version of wc3 and JassHelper... ?
I'm interesting in using the complete hero for our mod "Forsaken Bastion's Fall" if you've no problem with that?!?!?

Unfortunately, this hero uses Handle Vars which no longer work under the current patch. The spells are written in such a way that it is not possible to simply replace the original Handle Vars with Faux Handle Vars which work under the current patch.

Since the spells look interesting, I decided to recode them so you can use them with the current patch. The new spells are coded in zinc so you need the NewGen editor to use them. I am attaching the map with the new spells to this post.

Hey, I was just hoping someone could do this. I have to admit, it's a real shame that with all the patches, so many of the quality (mainly spell/coding-related) resources around here, for which we were so well-known, are effectively useless. Thanks!

Well, this was a pre-vJass resource so it's not really a great example of the quality we have to offer. In fact, most of the vJass resources have survived the patches just fine.

Great Anitarf. I don't need to add you to the credit-list cuz you're on it with some other stuff i use from u ^^ - I'll check the spells later. But i think i'll rewrite them into a vJass structure.

Btw, your DDS is used for our Map. I thought it could be interesting for you. Great System!
