Don't worry, you're just being incredibly noobish. You need to download WinRAR. It's free and all, no worries. www.download.com has it, or just google it.

In this particular case, the downloaded file is a .rar archive, you need to extract it with WinRAR or some other such program and put the campaign file that's inside it into your campaigns folder (in this case, it's a campaign, if it was just a single map you should put it in the maps folder).

Yeah seriously, this RPG/Campaign is actually one of 5 of my favorites, and now it's practicly died! C'mon! Where's l]arkOne when ya' need him! ^.^

Hey this RPG is pretty good i finished it though at the end i had to open it up to find out how to get to the levers though.
