It makes a difference in a few of the simple mini-games, where it was easy and worth the effort to do so. AI is really not the focus of the map, it's just there to provide a shadow of the genuine multiplayer experience.

That said, I made a few minor adjustments to the more braindead AI.

There seems to be a problem when two or more players fail a mini game at the same time. Most likely happens in demolition dwarf because two or more players can get killed at one time.

The scoring system shows something like Player 7 has ranked 7th, the same goes for the rest of the players who failed at the same instance, they're all 7th place.

That's how it should be... If you have 5 contestants, and two of them tie for a place, you would have, say, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 3rd, and 5th.

So there would be a 5th and 8th place but no 6th and 7th?

If 3 people tie together for 8th place, there won't be any 6th or 7th places. The next person to fail will place 5th. It's kinda awkward to look at in my opinion, but maybe it's just me.

Hey, you're right. I always thought there was something incorrect about that but I couldn't put my finger on it.

Somehow though, I like the punishing message of three people getting 8th, dead last...

Might I also cite my opinion about Hammerball. It's very very unpredictable if you're going to die if you stand next to it, sometimes the ball won't kill you when it's moving slow, sometimes it does. Can you make the ball a different color, perhaps red, when it's going to kill people who get near it?

You know.
In its current state, I had the most fun playing this map as I have in ages. I'm honestly impressed, and even in its current state this map is amazing. As it gets improved and revamped, it'll only get better. This is already better than God knows how many maps are currently in our database.

Even though some things could use minor tweaking, all of the tweaks suggested thus far (Short of the crash Vex mentioned, which I cannot seem to reproduce no matter how many times I play the map) are preference and ergo not required for approval. In light of that, let me give this a healthy approval for the road. You, sir, deserve it.

The crash is supposedly fixed, can you tell me what was causing it so I can confirm that the crash is fixed? Then you get my approval and will need just other 2 staff (not necessarily admin) approvals.

I have to confess that this is the first time I played this kind of games, and I get totally satisfied with the AI (zomg!!! impressive), style and level of funny taht you can reach with this game.

I really suggest to put in the first post of this thread something like a minitutorial with screenshots, so people can get more attracted to this game.

But as a conclusion, I say APPROVED.

Default Target practice

Great map and I love the previous Uther Party aswell. However, I was playing target practice against the AI(insane) and it is ridiculusly easy to beat it. I can't even see the challenge of this mini-game. Just scroll forward and aim with the top of the corsair at the little wooden thing in front of you. 100% every time. Otherwise great map and keep up the good work.
