Ok how about this no magic now:
Stoneskin Stance: While in Stoneskin stance damage you take is reduced by Y but you move slower.

Coward killer: You gain +X% move speed. If you attack a moving foe you deal Y damage.

Counterstrike: Whenver you are attacked in melee you have X% chance to deal your attack to unit that attacked you.

Ultimate Unleash the fury: You attack +X% faster but take +Y%more damage. Also your attacks steal Z life from unit. (like each strike steals 20 hp)

Hmmm.... here's my two cents

Cleave
Crippling Wound - Enemy takes damage over time, and is slowed.
Bloodfrenzy - while affected by bloodfrenzy, every enemy slain by the Blackblade increases the hero's damage, speed and natural healing.
Ultimate: Terror - The blackblade cannot be targeted while using this ability, though he can still be damaged by area of effect spells or being auto-selected. Enemies' armour is reduced.

I am assuming of course the the Blackblade is a hero. If not, I recommend keeping Cleave and Crippling Wound.

I think these will be the ones we'll go with, thoughts?

Mort Blackblade

Mortal Charge - Run into an enemy stunning and damaging them.

Intense Cleave (passive) {Name pending} - Attacks splash through nearby units due to Mort's massive sword.

Parry (activatable) - Gives Mort Blackblade a % chance to completely block an attack for a set period of time.

Ultimate: Gruesome Reap - Viciously slashes a target causing damage and maiming it. If used while intense cleave is trained, will deal damage to nearby units.

Taken from previous suggestions.

Ok here goes, a suggestion for Hugan Hammerlock the Battlemaster. The whole hero is involved with somewhat "Combo Points". The Rage Points increases and decreases after some of his skills are used; although the Rage doesn't last forever. It is increased by offensive skills like Raged Strike and is decreased by protective spells like Spiralcross and is dispelled by stress relieving shouts.


Raged Strike
One/Two/Three vicious blow(s) enhanced with growing rage, dealing damage and stunning a foe for a second for every blow(s). Every Rage Point increases the number of strikes dealt to an enemy. Increases Hammerlock's Rage Point by 1.


Spiralcross
Throws his angered axe in a spiral, circling around Hammerlock for a period of time dealing damage which is enhanced by the number of Rage Points currently. Decreases Rage Points by 1.


Aura of Will
Shares his burning will of battle to friendly units, increasing their damage as his rage increases. The number of damage increases is determined by the number of Rage Points.


Shout of Relief
Releases his rage in a tremendous roar which stuns nearby enemy units and buildings. The amount of Rage Points affects the damage dealt. Deals extra damage to buildings. Diminishes all Rage Points from the hero.


Wew dats it, hope the hero doesnt lose his voice from shouting by using Shout of Relief

Concept art session 2 - Battledroids

Since they won't play against Wc3, I'm rehashin a few Wc3 Ladder/ D2 / Dota skills. I got like 10mins for this so here goes.

King's Will - (active target) Target unit gains 10/15/20% attack and movement speed. Can target on self. Low mana cost and cooldown to be used in combination with King's Blessing on a unit.

Dual Smite - (active) The next attack will do double the damage and stun for 1 second and slow for 10/15/20% for 3sec. Fast cooldown low mana cost for spamming.

King's Blessing - (active target) Target unit is buffed but if it moves too far from the king it loses the buff (range is slightly smaller than aura). Lasts 20 seconds. Cannot be cast on heroes nor on self. Unit gains +10/15/20 damage, +1/2/3 armor. 10/20/25% damage dealt by King heals this unit and vice versa. Moderate mana cost and cooldown.

King's Presence - (aura, ultimate) Friendly units gain 20% attack speed and +2 armor while enemy units lose 10% attack speed and get -2 armor. No idea if that's a weak ultimate.

Basically this hero would need to hang around a few units (like an entourage) to really shine. Using Blessing and Will on a strong unit in conjunction with the aura will make for a capable duo supporting each other.
