If you just want a black background then don't import any LoadScreen.blp. It saves a lot of space ^.^.

Good tut, but the programs that converts .tga formats to .blp is not working for me ... :(

this seems to be more of a Frozen Throne Tutorial.

Well, Reign of Chaos dosen't have Import Manager, so you must use some 3rd party program to import things into your map =/
