If you are looking for more concepts then you should check out the D3 artwork trailer. About a minute in it has a bunch of concepts of barbarians.

unfortunitly I can only code and minorly edit icons - anything else is beyond what I can do or care to learn to do

and yea sorc would prolly work best for Wiz hero

It looks great. No seriously, this looks really nice. But I think the hair might need some more contrast. I'd have to see it in game and wrapped to make that decision though.

i can make the model edits if you want!
still, if i unmirror the face the new unwrapp needs to fill the space previously only covering half of it!
which would mean a lower resolution!

i could unwrapp the face (copy the unwrap) onto a new texture (128x128)and unfold it!
And rearrange minor things or add a shield or whatever to use the lost space on the old texture if you wish so!

Just drop me a note and i'll change him (hopefully importing him into max and reexporting to .mdx wont disturb the invisibility of the whirl around effect..)

//this offer is only for this unit (though you might tempt me with similar stuff aswell if i see that the textures are as nice as this one and i like the overall idea of the unit)

That would be really helpful, xXm0rpH3usXx

Basically what I want should be quite simple:
  • Remove the flag
  • Remove the teeth (I don't know how that's gonna look like with those gone, though)
  • Make 3 spikes on each of his shoulderpads (you can probably use the teeth texture for those)

And most likely some of the stuff you guys have suggested :)
I'll give you a heads up when I'm done with this!



EDIT: Well, I am going to make other textures than this. Currently only the Witch Doctor and Wizard, though.

wowzers that is sweet - i need to get my act together and finish up the barb skills

im not commenting on anything from the belt down, as it looks like those are not touched yet (same with the hands)

for the bicep, can you add some definition on the other side like it is on the outside, so it does not look like the bicep is going directly into his side chest

i also think the hair running down his fornt could use some more work

and yea, some spikes, and that flag gone would rock, even if the teeth stayed

**not real sure what the red is on the axe for, could you make it look as though ther were blood from some kills on it though?
