I find it extremely motivating to see this level of quality when it comes to graphic art (whether computer generated or just retouched). I started to look for sites with galleries of extremely high-quality graphics to keep myself motivated and locked on target. The target of my going to university being able to do such high-level graphics when I graduate. So when I see these, I say to myself "I want to be able to do this" "I will be able to do this". The photoreal submission in the Blizzard Fan Art Program are good. Look for Kristijan Stuhli, Louis Royo (also spelt Luis). and Jason Chan.
